Bikel Frenelle, A native of Troup County and a 1988 graduate of LaGrange High School, chose to start her business in the community where she was raised. Bikel is the proud owner and operator of Bikel Frenelle Realty, located in downtown Lagrange an Metro Atlanta. A licensed Realtor for over 23 years, Bikel specializes in residential sales, land, commercial, and REO properties.
An educated agent, Bikel Frenelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the prestigious Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Alabama; and her real estate education and licensure through the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate. Ms. Frenelle holds several designations and certifications, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), just to name a few.
Ms. Frenelle has an extensive record of guiding private citizens, professionals, and high profile clients with their commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to establishing her own boutique agency, Bikel represented clients of Century 21. Her success is exemplified through the many recognitions and accolades she has received as an industry professional, including that of lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, the five-star award from the Atlanta Realtor Association, 2019 and 2010 REALTOR of the year from Metro South Association of Realtors and Troup County Board of Realtors. She is also a past local board President for Troup County Board of Realtors in 2012.
Mrs. Frenelle’s leadership in the industry extends way beyond the local level and has been recognized on the state, regional and national levels. Bikel has earned several distinguished honors, such as the 2020 Diversity Chair for the National Association of Realtors and a 2019 Leadership Academy graduate from the National Association of Realtor, 2018 State CRS Realtor of the year, 2018-2019 State CRS Education chair, past Dean of GRI for the Georgia Association of Realtors, and a 2012 graduate of the GAR Leadership Academy. In her multiple leadership roles, Bikel has spearheaded and participated in numerous projects and initiatives on the local, state, and national level, including but not limited to the creation of Diversity Recognition on the National level, Troup County Realtor Day on the square, enhanced course development for GRI, and multi-cultural engagement strategies to strengthen diversity in the real estate profession. Lastly, Bikel contributes to the Realtor Political Action Committee. She is a Golden R major investor, a member of the Elite President Circle group, and an inductee into the 2020 RPAC Hall of Fame for NAR.
Mrs. Frenelle believes strongly in social responsibility. It is vital that she gives back to the citizens in her community where she conducts her business. Among her many community involvement activities, Bikel is a member of the Atlanta Suburban Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Chair for the American Red Cross of Central Midwest Georgia chapter in Troup County.
